Membership Agreement

1. Agreement and Incorporation

This Membership Agreement supplements the VelvetPix Terms of Use and applies when you obtain, renew, restore, or use a VelvetPix membership on Android. By confirming a membership through Google Play, you agree to this Membership Agreement, the VelvetPix Terms of Use, and the applicable Google Play terms.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into this agreement. You are responsible for using the correct Google Account and for maintaining access to that account and its payment method.

3. Membership Benefits

During an active membership period, VelvetPix removes every advertising gate currently used by the application. This means:

• AI questions proceed directly to the answer process without requiring an advertisement.
• After the first eight showcase entries, additional entries may be added without requiring an advertisement.
• Any future feature described in VelvetPix as included in the selected membership plan will remain available for the active period.

Membership does not waive gold coin costs. Image identification, report export, and showcase style unlocks continue to use the amount of gold coins displayed before confirmation. Membership benefits are personal, non-transferable, and have no cash value.

4. Plans and Membership Period

Available plan names and billing periods are shown in VelvetPix and in the Google Play purchase confirmation. The period displayed by Google Play at the time of purchase controls. Benefits begin after Google Play confirms the entitlement and continue while the entitlement remains active.

5. Google Play Billing

Subscriptions are purchased and billed through Google Play using the payment method connected to your Google Account. VelvetPix does not receive your full payment card details. Taxes, currency, price, and payment availability may depend on your Google Play country and payment profile.

Google Play may place an authorization hold before renewal and may use an eligible backup payment method associated with your account. If payment cannot be completed, Google Play may suspend or cancel the subscription.

6. Automatic Renewal

Unless the plan is clearly identified by Google Play as prepaid or non-renewing, membership automatically renews at the end of each billing period until cancelled. Google Play charges the applicable subscription amount for each new period in accordance with its terms. To avoid the next renewal charge, cancel before the end of the current billing period.

7. Trials and Promotional Access

If Google Play presents a trial or promotional period, the duration and eligibility terms shown at confirmation apply. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, a recurring plan may convert to a paid subscription. Trial availability may be limited by Google Play or VelvetPix.

8. Cancellation and Subscription Management

You may cancel at any time through Google Play. Uninstalling VelvetPix does not cancel membership. After cancellation, benefits generally remain available until the end of the period already paid for, and the subscription will not renew for the next period.

If the package-specific view is unavailable, open Google Play, confirm that you are using the Google Account that purchased the subscription, then open Payments & subscriptions and select Subscriptions.

9. Refunds

Refund eligibility and processing are governed by applicable law and Google Play's refund policies. Cancelling normally prevents the next renewal but does not automatically refund the current period. Requests should be submitted through Google Play unless applicable law requires another process.

10. Restoration and Device Changes

A valid Google Play entitlement may be restored on a compatible Android device using the Google Account that made the purchase. Local archive data may not transfer because VelvetPix stores the gallery on the device. Restoring membership does not restore locally deleted images, notes, coin balances, or film entries unless a separate restoration mechanism is expressly provided.

11. Benefit and Price Changes

We may improve or modify membership benefits for future periods. We will not knowingly describe an unavailable benefit as active. Google Play will provide notices or request consent for subscription price changes when required by its rules or applicable law. If you do not accept a change that requires consent, the subscription may end rather than renew.

12. Suspension or Termination

Membership access may be suspended or terminated if Google Play reports that the entitlement has expired, been cancelled, refunded, reversed, or remains unpaid, or if use materially violates the VelvetPix Terms of Use. Rights that cannot lawfully be limited remain unaffected.

13. Google Play Terms

Google Play is a third-party platform. Its terms govern payment processing and subscription management. You can review the Google Play Terms of Service and Google's subscription management guidance.
